I’m Isabel. Unshakeable optimist, forever learner,
and teacher on a mission to inspire YOU or your team to grow to heights you thought were only possible in your wildest dreams.
And look, here’s the honest truth. I am nothing special. I wasn’t a star athlete, I didn’t go to an elite school, and I’m not the CEO of anything but my household.
As a matter of fact, I grew up in utter chaos as a girl from a tiny south suburb in Chicago where my dad died at just 39 years old - literally right before my eyes at age 12. From that day on, I promised never to waste a day. Except, I wasted lots of them - for years. From age five to 22, I had a highly visible and horrific battle with Psoriasis as well as two near death experiences before the age of 16 solidifying a life filled with anxiety, fear, depression and an endless search for perfection in every thing I did.
Now, in my 40's I am taking every thing I’ve learned along the way in a healing journey in hopes to share the blueprint with others.
Wait - How do I know change is possible?
Because I went from being depressed, anxious, overweight, broke, ADHD brained, stressed and pressed to happy, confident, loving, fit and fine! Here’s the secret, you don’t have to be anything special to be special. You are amazing right now, as is, and I’d love to help you reveal all that you already are!
Plus, if I can do it, YOU damn sure can too!
What I do
My mission is simple:
To inspire the LIFE out of YOU.
Therefore, I only provide services and help in areas of lived experience. You’re never going to see me give a tutorial on how to skydive, because I have never, and prefer not to ever, do that myself. So, if I say, I can teach you how to become more self-confident, it’s because my own confidence was once in the dumps. If I say I can speak in front of crowds, it’s because I have a degree in journalism and I work for a global consulting firm where I speak to current and future leaders all day long. Below are some of the few ways I can help add value. If there is something you’re thinking of not shown here, reach out. I’m full of surprises and ideas!
